2. Entertainment Only

3. Virtual Items and No Cash Value

All virtual credits, achievements, and items obtained through gameplay have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money or prizes. Virtual credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed.

4. No Real-World Prizes

NordicsPlay does not offer real-world prizes, cash rewards, or any form of monetary compensation. All rewards are purely virtual and for entertainment purposes.

5. In-Game Purchases

You may purchase virtual credits for use within the platform. These purchases are final and non-refundable. Virtual credits purchased have no real-world value and cannot be converted to cash.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with Finnish law. Prohibited activities include attempting to manipulate games, create multiple accounts, or engage in fraudulent behavior.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, access to virtual credits and achievements is forfeited without compensation.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Helsinki, Finland.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes through the platform.
